One Library, One Club 2020 Registration
Welcome to the Sachem Public Library's Summer Event: One Library, One Club!  Please read and submit the following form to enroll and have a chance to win prizes at the end of the Summer!

|--Bingo Card and Raffles--|

Make sure you download a copy of your Bingo Card (Found here: https://tinyurl.com/ybxloc9j).

You will have from July 1 - August 15 to complete the Bingo card and send it back to us by e-mailing: YourSummer2020@sachemlibrary.org 

We would love if you include pictures of the activities you have done!
Upload to social media and tag us @sachemlibrary and #splsummer2020 or e-mail us at the above address.

Horizontal, Vertical, or Diagonal Bingo Line = 1 Raffle Ticket per registrant
Complete the Entire Bingo Board = 1 additional Raffle Ticket per registrant

All entries must be received by Saturday, August 15 to be eligible for the raffle drawing.  You will be notified by e-mail or phone based on your contact preference if you are a winner!
