Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are thrilled to welcome your children to our Summer Camp Program! To make your registration process easier, please find below our fee structure and discounts available:

Kindergarten to 6th Grade:

$175.00 per camper, per week.
Sibling Discount: Enjoy a $25 discount for each sibling.
Family Cap: Families with 3 or more children will be capped at $375.00 per household, per week.

We're excited to offer a special incentive for those who pay in full for the entire seven weeks. If payment is made by May 31, 2024, you will receive a $75 discount!

Please note that these fees cover the cost of activities and field trips, ensuring your child has an enriching and memorable experience throughout the summer. However, lunch is not included.

Thank you for your interest in our Summer Camp Program! We want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all campers and their families. To facilitate this, we kindly request your attention to the following important details:


Payment Schedule: Our fee schedule is designed to make your experience with us hassle-free. Each week of our Summer Camp Program has its own fee, and to secure your camper's spot, we kindly ask for payment by the Friday preceding the desired week of attendance. For example, if you're planning for the week of June 17th to June 21st, please ensure the weekly camp fee is paid by Friday, June 17th.

Admission Confirmation: Your prompt payment is crucial for securing admission for your camper. Please note that advance payment for each week is required.

Camp Hours: Our camp operates from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm every day, offering a fun-filled and enriching experience for your child.

Pickup Time: We kindly ask that campers are picked up promptly at the end of each day.

Late Pickup Policy: While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we want to remind you that we do not offer aftercare during summer hours. To ensure the safety and well-being of our campers, we kindly request that campers are picked up on time. A fee of $25 will be charged for every 10 minutes of late pickup, and these fees must be settled before your camper can attend the following day's activities. We kindly urge you to make necessary arrangements to avoid these additional fees.
