  • Your arrival is expected on the 5th December 2023 and the departure day is the 7th December 2023 after lunch (12:30 CET).
  • The Programme starts on 6th of December 2023 at 9.00 am.

  • For partner organisations* in the project :
    • The organiser will provide accommodation including meals & reimburse 100% of your travel expenses on receipt of proof of travel and relevant receipts. 
    • If your travel costs are more than 200 € please contact Miroslav Sedláček BEFORE you book the travel tickets.
    • No participation fee will be charged.

  • For non-partner organisation in the project :
    • The organiser will provide accommodation including meals & reimburse 50% of your travel expenses on receipt of proof of travel and relevant receipts.
    • If your travel costs are more than 200 € please contact Miroslav Sedláček BEFORE you book the travel tickets. You are asked to buy your ticket before the 31st October 2023.
    • Participation fee of 150 € will be charged.
