You are invited to join weekly 45-minute meditation with UCSC Community Connections friends and colleagues.

Meditation can help us tune in, stay calm, call upon our inner resources, and support one another.

Join us via Zoom on Monday's at noon. The format is 30-45 minutes and includes 15 minutes for meditation followed by reflection, and optional sharing.
