To date, the Rochester City School District has distributed more than 25,000 Chromebooks and more than 11,000 MiFi hotspot devices to families across the District. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in March 2020, the RCSD has been working tirelessly to make sure that every K – 12 student who lacks reliable connectivity has the opportunity to access high-speed broadband with MiFi devices. At this time we are unable to process new requests for MiFi devices. A new deployment of MiFi units will occur in the near future and an announcement will be made when more devices become available for students
