WiCyS Colors of Inclusion Affiliate strives to be a safe space for people of color, especially women, in the tech world. It aims not only to sensitize the labor market to the needs of the immigrants but also to create a sense of belonging for them. It is our hope that this affiliate will aid and educate people of color, especially women, to be tech leaders, and also enable their organizations to become centers of innovation driven by true inclusivity.
