2022 Offering Pledge to St. Paul's Lutheran Church
Your church council thanks you for your offerings and generosity in 2021. It was an uncertain year, and you gave us hope as you continued to give financially, allowing us to pay for works of ministry and also pay bills.

Know this: A pledge form is not a contract, but rather an intention. If your financial situation changes, and you need to give less (or are able to give more), that is completely acceptable.

Filling out a pledge form is so helpful to your council in setting our budget.
It is especially important this year, as it is helpful for prospective pastors to see our giving habits.
Making a pledge also gives opportunity for reflection: How can I help contribute financially to St. Paul’s mission? Is my financial situation growing, and can I increase my giving?
As you fill out this form, consider giving 5% or 10% more than last year if you have been financially blessed this year.

Here are a few practical things to know:

Special offerings in 2022 will include offerings for Memorials, Feast Days, Advent, Christmas, Lent and Easter. Any amount that you give towards these should not be included as part of your pledge.
To enable us to pay our bills on time, we encourage you to use VANCO Services to make automatic weekly or monthly offerings to minimize dips that we commonly encounter throughout the year.

To God be the Glory. Peace be with you.
