Thank you for applying to be a Candidate in our annual Board Election!
Applications are accepted until March 10. The annual Board election occurs in late April / early May each year.
Once you apply, someone from our team will reach out to follow up and provide you with more information. They can also help you with any questions you may have.
The answers you provide will reviewed by our Board of Directors, and they will also be used in election marketing materials before and during the election. We will also ask for a high-resolution photo or headshot for print and digital promotions.

Board Candidates must complete the following:
- Submit this completed application. Please put your best foot forward! Include all of your contact information, and complete all of the questions.
- Attend at least one upcoming Board Meeting. You may also read previous meeting minutes here.
- Review the Bylaws and the policies that govern our Cooperative, which are available here.
- Newly elected Board Directors must sign a Media Release as well as a Disclosure of Conflict of Interest, on or before their term begins.
- Newly elected Board Directors must attend the Columinate Virtual Cooperative Board Leadership Development 101 seminar to learn about our Governance and Leadership policies.
