The application form has two sections - firstly your personal details, and then any optional information you may care to share. It should only take 2-3 minutes to complete.

Privacy of members' personal information:
- All personal information is subject to the privacy provisions detailed in the LaTUCS Constitution and the guidelines of La Trobe University Clubs.
- The committee will retain your personal details, but will not share or distribute your details without your prior permission.
- The committee may forward to you notifications from other organisations/associations (e.g, choirs, music festivals, etc) which it feels may be of interest to LaTUCS members.
