This form is to sign up to be a volunteer judge at the Elkins High School’s 20th Annual TFA Individual Qualifying Tournament in Missouri City on September 22nd and 23rd, 2023 . The address for the tournament is: 7007 Knights Ct, Missouri City, TX 77459.  

Students are required to have volunteer judges for the duration of the tournament (i.e. every student has to have every shift covered), so we appreciate volunteers signing up for as many shifts as possible.

We have created blocks of times for those not available for the duration of the tournament, but please note that the end times are approximate.  We will need judges to remain until the end of the round they are currently judging even if their shift time has expired
 
Important: The district requires that all parents and volunteers have a criminal background check before being allowed to volunteer for activities at the school.  Please click the link below and complete the volunteer registration and criminal background check ASAP!  Thank you for your help and cooperation! WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ADMIT VOLUNTEERS WHO CANNOT PRODUCE CONFIRMATION OF BACKGROUND CHECK CLEARANCE.
