THE GEAR
We are planning numerous gear tests, reviews, comparisons, and discussions for this project. All gear-related content will be unsponsored, unbiased, and authentic.
What topics, questions, or suggestions do you have for THE GEAR category?
THE HUNTER
While gear is great, you, as the hunter, are what matters most. Under the category of "the hunter" we will be talking about the physical (training, nutrition, etc), as well as the mental (mindset, decision-making, etc). The "the hunter" category can also include tactics and strategies, which correlate with our next category — "the hunt".
What topics, questions, or suggestions do you have for THE HUNTER category?
THE HUNT
Everything leading up to, happening during, and then occurring after "the hunt" falls within this category. This includes things like scouting, logistics, meat handling and care, in-the-field strategies, and more.

These can be related to our specific hunts for the project this year (caribou, moose, and mountain goat in Alaska), they can be related to another backcountry/mountain hunt that you may have planned for this year, or they may be widely-applied hunting principles across different seasons, species, and locations.
