This workshop embraces the urban green space of Garfield Park to explore strategies for creating educationally rich outdoor experiences. Educators will be empowered to take students outside and engage in meaningful, deep exploration. Participants will be engaging with the park through the lens of forestry, and activities will draw upon inquiry and observation through a multi-disciplinary lens.
