Become a board member of the SFL Ultimate 
Thank you for your interest is becoming part of our team.
  1. Positions are for 1 year terms with June 30th as the end of term.
  2. Not required to play frisbee to participate.
  3. No monetary compensation.
  • President sets agenda for organization, lays out yearly calendar, renews liability insurance, manages coordinators, leads drafts, communicates with captains, final decision maker.
Time commitment: year round.
  • Treasurer books fields, estimates costs, reconciles registrations, orders jerseys and stickers.
Time commitment: year round.
  • Creative Director designs/produces social media posts, league jersey logos, logos for each team. Photographs key SFL Ultimate events, and if not available, coordinates photographers.
Time commitment: year round.
  •  Secretary takes board meetings notes, drafts email/WhatsApp communications weekly for leagues.  Reply to player question emails/FB messages.  Assists with drafts.
Time commitment: year round.
  • Webmaster keeps the website up to date, responsible for site maintenance, handles new requests for changes.
Time commitment: year round.
  • Pick-up Coordinators organize weekly summer women/grasshopper pick-up games/goalty.  
Time commitment: summer (June-August).
  • Fall League Coordinator arrives early to games, sets up fields, prints and keeps track of stat sheets.
Time commitment: fall (November-December).
  • Beach Coordinator arrives early to games, sets up fields, assists with finals pavilion bbq social. 
Time commitment: winter (January-February).
  • Spring League Coordinator arrives early to games, sets up fields, prints and keeps track of stat sheets.
Time commitment: Spring (March-April).
  • Youth Director assists with growing and mentoring youth.
Time commitment: TBD.
