SINGING AUDITIONS: Students wishing to audition for an event that has singing should submit a video to Mr. Stoddard and sing any song they want that does NOT exceed 1 minute. It should be memorized and performed and if possible sung with a karaoke track.
*Please note that the solo singing events were auditioned and cast before summer however due to competition being virtual, the festival has added two more solo spots we will audition for.

ACTING AUDITIONS: Students wishing to do an acting (non-singing) event should perform and video any monologue they want that should NOT exceed a minute in length. Memorize it and perform.
*Please note that the monologue events were auditioned before summer but we have five more slots open!

BOTH: If you hope to do a singing and acting please do one of each above and they can be 30 - 45 seconds. they should be done back to back in the same video.

TECHNICAL: Students were supposed to apply to do a technical event before summer. If you still hope to do a technical event, come and have a conversation with Mr. Stoddard ASAP and present why you want to do that particular event but most events are closed.

Ensemble Acting: 3 - 8 actors (We will keep to 3 or 4 max)
Small Group Musical: 3 - 7 actors (We will limit to 3 or 4 actors)
Large Group Musical: 8 - 16 actors (We will NOT have a large group this year)
Pantomime: 1 - 8 actors (we will limit to 1 - 3 actors)

Production Team 5 - 8 people to make up a design team. (Not doing)

FOR ONLINE THIS YEAR:
**There is a max of TWO events for most students. Some upperclassman will be allowed to do three.

*Solo and Monologue events were auditioned and cast before summer. Due to Covid they added more events so there are some open spots now.

**Students who have never enrolled in a PTS High School Drama class are limited to two events.
