Guide to finding the information requested
1. Please describe the issue you are experiencing.

2. Character name: Head over to the character selection screen in-game.

3. IPv4 address: Use whatismyipaddress.com to check.

4. Internet service provider: This info is available on whatismyipaddress.com as well.

5. Location: This is the country you are currently geographically based in.

6. Operating system: Are you using a version of Windows, MacOS or Linux?

7. The results of "tracert loginserver.live.albion.zone" in the command prompt: To perform a traceroute, please have a look at the following instructions.

* Windows: Use the search window, type "command prompt" and click on the Command Prompt result. Type "tracert loginserver.live.albion.zone" into the Command Prompt and press Enter.

* MacOS: Open up Terminal, which is located under Applications > Utilities > Terminal. Type "tracert loginserver.live.albion.zone" into the Terminal and press Enter.

* Linux: Open a Terminal window. Type "tracert loginserver.live.albion.zone" into the Terminal and press Enter.

Note: Please run the traceroute when the lag issue is happening and wait until it says "traceroute complete" before sending the results.
