To apply to volunteer at Everwild Music Festival Aug 3 - 5, 2023 in Thornville, OH please fill out the below form. Please double-check the email and phone number you entered so we can contact you.
All volunteers are required to pay a refundable $130 deposit. As long as you complete your shifts the deposit will be refunded to you. While there is no deadline for getting the deposit to us, if it is not received by the last day of June we cannot guarantee to order enough shirts in your size. Once all volunteer shifts are filled we will stop accepting deposits.
Volunteers are expected to be on-site by Wednesday, Aug 2 between 9am and 7pm. We will have a volunteer orientation pizza party at 7pm (further details incoming),
Each volunteer is required to work at least 12 hours during the festival, and help with cleaning up on Sunday morning (not too early or too long, don't worry).
