This application allows you to apply for admission to the College of Education at the University of South Florida. If you are seeking admission to the College of Education, you must first be admitted and in active status at USF.

We recommend you allow 30 minutes to complete the application as you will not be given the opportunity to save your progress and continue at a later time. 

Please be aware that capacity in some programs is limited; therefore, you should submit a complete application as soon as possible.

GATHER:
*Unofficial transcripts – Unofficial transcripts are only required for new transfer students admitted to USF for the summer or fall 2024 semester and continuing USF students currently enrolled at another institution. Please be sure to include transcripts reflecting classes currently in progress.

*Legal documentation of arrest and/or conviction – If you have been arrested and/or convicted of a crime, regardless of your age or the current status of the legal matter, you will be required to disclose and submit documentation.

If you're applying to a teacher preparation program, consider the following:
*Official General Knowledge Test (GKT) Score Report - Official test scores will not be required for admission, but we strongly recommend that you pass the exam prior to admission. Find your score report:  http://www.fl.nesinc.com/

Middle Grades Mathematics majors only:
*In addition to the College of Education admission requirements, the Middle Grades Mathematics program requires a one- to two-page letter of interest that elaborates on your experience working with children or adolescents, views about teaching, and interest in or experience with working with diverse populations.
