Civility in Workplace Relationships
Expanding on their prior research about workplace incivility, Jo Henry and Dr. Richard Moniz are conducting this survey which explores a variety of concerns regarding civility and professionalism (or lack thereof) within the work organization. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. The study is described in more detail on the "Consent to Participate in a Research Study."

"Consent to Participate"
The purpose of this study is to explore civility, or the lack thereof, in workplace relationships. All responses will be anonymous. There are no known risks or benefits associated with taking part in this study. Participation is voluntary. After this study, results may be used by the research team without additional informed consent. By proceeding to the survey, you are affirming you are at least 18 years of age and would like to participate in the study.
