Smithton Public Library District Cardholders Only -
Visit 9 libraries' websites (3 LOCAL, 3 in the US and 3 in the WORLD) to complete your library passport.  You will be asked to answer one question about each library website that you visit.
When you submit this COMPLETED passport form, you'll be entered to win a envelope of $25 worth of LOCAL gift cards.  One entry per person, must have a valid Smithton PLD Library Card to win the prize drawing. Participants have until Saturday, May 1 at 11:59pm to submit the completed passport form.
