Project Background and Matching
This section asks several questions to attempt to match and balance backgrounds across teams.

It also aims to capture any personal background that might suggest a strong match to a particular project.
What is(are) you major(s)? Any prior degrees? *
What prior design experience do you have? Do you have any other background relevant to the general skills and topics of this course?
Do you have any background relevant to the specific project proposals on which you are bidding (e.g., knowledge, personal experience, access, relationship)?
Is your highest-priority bid based on a project you proposed? *
Team Background and Matching
This section asks for other preferences that should be considered in matching.

We also ask for any special constraints on times and locations when you will be able to meet with your project group. Any person or group has constraints, and working together requires being effective given such constraints. But we will do our best to avoid creating groups where we can detect extremely incompatible constraints among the people in a group.
If you want to be partnered with a specific person, please indicate who and why you would like a particular matching.
If you want to avoid being partnered with a specific person, please indicate who and why you would like to avoid a particular matching.
Please let us know any special constraints on timing or location when you will be able to meet with your project group.
Project Bidding
You will first bid within the section you currently attend. After completing that bidding, there will be an opportunity to indicate a strong preference for attempting to move to another section for a specific project. In considering such movements, we need swaps that keep group sizes balanced. We will accommodate switches where we can, but expect very few cases where everything lines up.
In what section are you primarily bidding? *
