Camp Wildfolk: Camp Director Intro-Application
Hey, Hello!

Thank you for showing interest in a Camp Director position at Camp Wildfolk! We are so excited to get to know you and share more about this special opportunity to join our unique little camp crew.

Please note: We are a Day Camp. We do not provide housing. Off-season (when camp is not in session) is a hybrid of in-person and remote. We are looking to hire locally only at this time.

All of our Team Leadership Coordinator (TLC) roles have specific tasks and responsibilities, but there are a few common TLC traits we are looking for across the board: coaching leadership skills, mindful communication skills, respectful behavioral management, intentional time management, guru of patienceflexibility champ, karaoke enthusiast (maybe, maybe not- but a commitment to joy + silliness, for sure), and someone who leads with their heart

This "Intro Application" is part 1 of 2 applications and designed to be quick(ish) and easy to complete on your phone. A snapshot of who you are. You have full permission (and encouragement) to shine on yourself here. We want to get to know YOU!

We aim to reach out to applicants within 2 weeks of receiving your Intro Application, with the next steps (if we think it could be a good fit). That will include a link to Part 2 of the Camp Director Application and then on to Interviews.

PS. This is a unique position being hired for directly by our Executive Director.. please direct any questions to her at getwild@campwildfolk.com  Thank you!
