We are very happy to see you are interested in submitting your workshop idea for Code BEAM A Coruña 2024. This year, the conference will take place in June; the tentative dates we most probably will go with are June 21st & June 22nd, and the workshops are to happen on June 22nd.

Submissions for proposals for tutorials will close on January 31, 2024, at 23:59 UTC.

We cannot give you any kind of remuneration for running the workshop (because we are a free event and that is a requirement of Sessionize, the platform we use for the Call For Talks), but we will do everything we can on our end to help cover the travel and accommodation costs if your employer won't help expense them (please do tell your employer, though, that if they do help cover the costs we will consider them a sponsor, landing them a place in the sponsor list in our website!).
