You can access a self-serve certificate of attendance at the link below. System Office is not awarding specific hours of PD credit. We encourage attendees to work with their direct supervisors to have any credit awarded with the college directly, as applicable. Download the certificate for an editable PDF.

Conference Evaluation and Feedback Form

Identifying information will be removed from responses and kept confidential. Responses will be analyzed collectively with other participant responses. Aggregate data are used to provide conference designers with feedback regarding the quality of the content and collective benefit to the participants.
