Hello there! Thank you for showing interest in writing a Shinemony (Shine testimony)

Shinemonies are testimonies of God's light shining in and through your life. We hope that as you share these stories others can be encouraged by God’s work in Hong Kong and also desire to experience Shine personally!


Here are two prompts that you can use for to help you write your Shinemonies but feel free to write your own!

✨Prompt 1: STORIES OF GOD SHINING ON US✨
Inward focused: How has God been good to you? Share this story to encourage people with the things that God has done for you!

1️⃣ What was a 'darkness' that you realised about yourself, community, or people? How did you realize this darkness?
2️⃣ How did God's light shine in that darkness?
3️⃣ Now that you have realized and received His light, what are you planning to do next?

⭐Prompt 2: STORIES OF GOD SHINING THROUGH US ⭐
Outward focused: What has God done through you and the people around you? Encourage people of stories of how God used you to work in people's lives!

1️⃣ Who was involved in this experience? (Life group members, friends, or just you etc.)
2️⃣ How did God use you (or your team) to shine His light?
3️⃣ What were some praises that came out of the experience?

- Your testimony might be featured on our different platforms!
- You can write your testimony somewhere else first and then paste it here when you are ready to submit! We don't want you to lose your work!
