Below is the refund/credit policy for Region 84 for each season. The dates by which refunds and credits are available are based on when you complete this form. If you cancel a player's registration within the time period indicated below to receive a refund of the Division Fee, the refund will be processed by a Registrar and typically be refunded to the credit card with which you registered the player (in some instances, a check may be be issued instead). If you cancel a player's registration within the time period indicated below to receive a credit of the Division Fee, that credit will appear on your AYSO Region 84 account and will be useable for a future season within Region 84. Any refund/credit of the Division Fee will be modified by any family cap discount that was given because of the cancelled player's registration.
FALL SEASON REC/CORE PROGRAM
Registration Division Fee:- Refunded if registration is cancelled before 7/1;
- Credited to account for future season if registration is cancelled between 7/1 and 8/15;
- No Refund or Credit if registration is cancelled after 8/15
SPRING SEASON REC/CORE PROGRAM
Registration Division Fee:
- Refunded if registration is cancelled before 1/1;
- Credited to account for future season if registration is cancelled between 1/1 and 2/15;
- No Refund or Credit if registration is cancelled after 2/15
EXTRA PLAY PROGRAM (ANY SEASON)
For a variety of reasons--including because uniforms and other gear in the Extra Play Program are customized for the player, and because this is a tryout program in which your player previously committed to the team to play when offers could have been made to others--there are typically no refunds or credits given when Extra Play players cancel their registration.
