Thank you for registering for the 14th Annual Oregon Senior Open that will be held on Friday (or Saturday) through Sunday, May 3-5 at the Portland Chess Center.

If you are registering more than one player, please submit a separate form for each player. The entry fee of $35 through May 1 or $45 from May 2-4 can be paid via PayPal to payments@oregonchessfed.org or mailed to the OCF Treasurer Mike Morris at 2344 NE 27th Ave, Portland, OR 97212.

This tournament will be US Chess rated and requires an active US Chess membership. If you do not have an active membership, add $45 for a one-year US Chess membership, and fill out the additional information below.
