2024-2025 Career & College Readiness (CCR) Extended Day Course Registration Request Form

If you are interested in one of our CTE Career Pathways and would like to ADD or DROP a CCR Extended Day course, please use this form to submit your request. 

  • CCR Extended Day courses meet weekly after school at various sites throughout the District, and students earn high school credit and a grade. 
  • To complete a pathway, the minimum required course levels are: concentrator course (1 year) followed by a capstone course (1 year). When possible, concentrators are labeled as a "I" and capstone as "II"; some pathways also include a Practicum/Portfolio course.
  • Students must take the concentrator and capstone courses in the proper sequence (i.e. IA, IB, IIA, IIB).
  • To successfully complete a pathway course, students must receive a grade of C- or better.

CLASS MEETING INFORMATION: 
  • Hybrid courses - meet in-person for 2 - 3 hours on the week day and at the location listed. In addition, Students complete 2-3 hours of coursework outside of the in-person class meeting.
  • Online/LIVE courses - meet online and LIVE for 2 hours using Canvas, Google Classroom, or Zoom with the instructor on the day listed. Students complete 3 hours of coursework outside the online/LIVE class meeting.
  • COMPLETELY In-person courses - meet in-person with the instructor on the day listed. Students complete coursework during the in-person meeting.
