CCAMPIS Grant is coordinated by Child Care Connections within the Academic Affairs Retention Office. This application is for Summer and/or Fall 2024 funding cycles. Students applying for Summer funding will be prioritized.
The following information is required to determine your eligibility for the Child Care Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) federal grant. PLEASE COMPLETE THE ENTIRE FORM INCLUDING THE SIGNATURE SECTION AT THE END OF THIS FORM. The form takes between 10-15 minutes to complete. After submission, your application is reviewed, then the Office of Financial Aid will verify Pell Grant eligibility. The Director will reach out to the applicant to discuss next steps. Applications are processed in the order they are received.
Please allow up to 5 (five) business days for processing.
**Applications can be completed by invitation. -Undergraduate students are eligible to receive CCAMPIS grant funding if they are Pell Grant eligible. For this reason, undergraduate students are prioritized to receive the CCAMPIS grant funds.
-Graduate students will be contacted on a weekly basis to provide consultation for child care services.
