By completing this Online Registration Form, I agree to abide by the Protocols and Procedures put in place by the Organisers of the event. 

I understand that I/my child will take part in Triathlon, Duathlon or Aquathlon events at our own risk and will not hold Triathlon Zimbabwe, its sponsors, organisers, officials, coaches, employees or assistants, responsible for any accident, illness, injury, or loss of or damage to my property which may occur as a result of my participation in any of these events. 

I hereby indemnify against all claims arising out of my / my child's participation in any of these events.  

I agree to Triathlon Zimbabwe using my/my child's image in the form of photographs or videos on its social media platforms (i.e. Triathlon Zimbabwe website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for the promotion of the sports of triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon and related multisport derivatives and/or the publication of information and reports which includes photographs taken at sanctioned events.
