My own transformation - years of experience in building muscle and dropping fat in a healthy way. This lead to the creation of the AMP app - a scientific approach to training. Photos (age 15, year 10 / Second comp at 26 / Mr Aust, Mr. Olympia comps at 47). NOTE: I do NOT try to turn people into bodybuilders (unless that is their goal) - My point is that if you want quick, sustainable results, ask someone with extensive experience
