This form needs to be filled out by applicants to the MBA/MSA programs if you wish to apply for a waiver of the GMAT/GRE admissions requirement based on your work experience. The criteria for GMAT/GRE waiver is that the applicant must have seven or more years of full-time professional work experience at the time of application.
