Registration for Centerville Destination Imagination (DI) is ONLY for students who are enrolled in Centerville City Schools. To be considered for placement on a DI team, ALL sections of this registration form must be completed AND registration fee payment received. The registration fee is $120 for grades 3-12 (competitive level), $95 for grades K-2 (Rising Stars/non-competitive level) or $55 for any non-competitive special needs team participant (all grades). There is a family max of $290. Once this form is submitted, you will receive a PayPal invoice from Centerville DI within 48 hours to pay the registration fee.  If your child cannot be placed on a DI team, a full refund will be given. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY OTHER REASON. *

Destination Imagination has returned to in-person competition for the 2020-21 DI season!  We will return to the traditional format of in-person meetings, with an in-person Regional, State and Global tournaments.  Teams may choose to meet in-person, virtually or a mix of both based on the needs of team members.  Centerville Destination Imagination falls under the purview of the Centerville City School District, and teams will be expected to follow any & all health and safety requirements mandated by the school district, including masking and social distancing.   *

To accommodate teams that may not be able to compete in-person, this year Destination Imagination Inc is holding the "2021 Digital Open".  This will start on October 1, 2021 and teams will have six weeks to work on this digital challenge (either virtually, in person, or a mix) with results posted & awarded in December 2021.  Team members may choose to participate in both a traditional challenge AND the digital challenge, or just one.  The 2021 Digital Challenge has a separate registration cost and will result in an additional charge to team members of up to $95. *
