MAC Fest (Music, Art, and Culture Festival) Participant Interest Form

Come show your skills at MAC fest! If you are interested in participating in this event on April 21, 2023 at Barnett Shoals Elementary School please sign up through this form.

Any traditions/experiences/activities that relate to art, music, and culture would help make this experience more meaningful for our scholars and our community. Examples of something that you can contribute: Sing a song, dance, rap, read some poetry, lead a craft or game.

All performers must have a guardian submit this form by 3:10pm Monday, April 17, 2023 to secure your time slot in our festival.
