o   Your personal data have been obtained through the contact form that you fill in on the website.

o   Your personal data will be transferred to Erasmus University Rotterdam (Campus Woudestein, Burgemeester Oudlaan 50, 3062 PA Rotterdam / Netherlands, +31 10 408 1111) and YoungShip International (Rådhusgata 25, 0158 Oslo, Norway).

o   The meeting will take place in Rotterdam and Izmir. The audio and video recorded and live broadcasted through web streaming. These photos and videos will be published on social media channels by YoungShip International Association and Erasmus University Rotterdam and also these can be used for marketing purposes.

o   Erasmus University Rotterdam and YoungShip International have the right to use my image, voice, pronouncements, likeness, and my name, and any biographical material submitted by me, in connection with the Event/Publication named above, whether used in excerpts or in full, for distribution described above and for any associated advertising or exhibition.

o   Your personal data shared by you will be used for the following purposes;

a) To organize this conference or participate in this organization within the scope of this event,

b) Ensuring physical security and supervision in Erasmus university Rotterdam, where the conference was held,

c) and for contacting you.
