Dear children, please use this form to let us know about anything troubling you. The form will only be seen by a few staff who are responsible for mental health in school- Mrs Langan and Miss Ward. They will treat what you write in confidence. However, they might have to then work with other members of staff/professionals to help you get the right support. We can't keep anything secret if you are in danger of harm but we will do our best to help you.
