Hockey Flex Series
Hockey athletes playing high school, prep, juniors, college, and beyond are invited to participate in (4) virtual flexibility classes. Get lower in your stride, improve rotation for force output, and lower risk of injury with Jenn Tirillo, licensed athletic trainer, strength & conditioning specialist, and 200 RYT yoga teacher. JT currently serves as the director of sports performance for the NA3HL Norwich Sea Captains. This series is FREE to coaches and athletes who are motivated to be a better hockey player. 

By signing up, you are expressing interest in attending one or all of the live online sessions. You will receive a link prior to each class and plan to spend 20 minutes or less. All times are EST.
