Please use this form to book a place at the Breakfast Club. Breakfast Club is available at 8am each day. Last admission to Breakfast Club is at 8:15am.

Please note:
- You must use an individual form for each child and cannot include more than one child on each form.
- You can only book a place for the following week
- We have a maximum of 100 children able to attend breakfast club each day.
- We are unfortunately unable to accept children from Nursery into breakfast club at this time.

Please click on the day that you would like to book for and choose the drop down option. If the date shows as 'CLUB FULL' then this unfortunately means that we are already fully booked for that day.
