BCCIC Webinar - Working with Theories of Change (Mar. 5)
Back by popular demand! BCCIC’s executive director, Michael Simpson, will be providing an overview of theories of change and how organizations can develop and leverage them in the field of international cooperation. Join us on March 5 from 12 pm to 1.30 pm (PST) for a webinar that will provide an overview of what a Theory of Change (ToC) is, how to develop one and how to utilize your ToC to strengthen your organization and its impact. The webinar will address the topics of:

- Examples of Theories of Change
- Theory of Change integration organization-wide
- The strategic and programmatic role of Theories of Change
- How to use the theory of change approach to look more deeply into what we do and to help us and our partners be more effective.

This 1.5 hour webinar will touch on these topics while allowing ample time for questions and answers with webinar participants. Please register for the webinar through the link below and bring your examples and experiences of working with theories of change to the the online discussion:
