On behalf of the Municipality of the District of Yarmouth, Englobe Corp. is doing a study to evaluate the current condition of the sewage disposal systems in the South Ohio Wastewater District. The systems are working fine, but we aim to assess its remaining service life and determine future repairs or rehabilitations. To help us build more information, we would like to ask you to take a few minutes of your time to answer the following questions below regarding your usage.
