The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) is conducting a survey amongst members of medical schemes on COVID-19 vaccines. The objective of the survey is to gauge support for vaccination from medical scheme members. The results of this opinion survey will be used to facilitate planning and communication.

Your participation is voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time without any penalty.  By completing the survey, you indicate that you voluntarily participate in this research.
