The VMA’s Google Workspace environment is a safe space to share dreams and ideas to make the VMA and the greater world around us a more harmonious place. Every Junior is given limited Google Workspace access for effective team communication, collaboration and to build confidence as a growing leader in the organization.

Juniors are only permitted to use VMA Google Workspace for VMA-related activities.

Juniors in violation of this rule will be promptly removed from the VMA Google Workspace and face membership revocation.

Juniors are given unique VMA usernames to access Google Workspace and utilize Google Apps, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Meet, Classroom, YouTube. VMA mentors facilitate live virtual workshops through Google Meet. Juniors may be given assignments in Google Classroom in anticipation of each workshop.

Only registered Junior Program members are allowed access to the VMA Google Workspace. The content a Junior saves on Google Drive is private to the Junior, from others, unless the Junior chooses to share it.

We respect each other's ideas, comments and suggestions as we are one unified team. The VMA's Code of Conduct ("Respect Privacy" and "Keep it Clean") applies at venues we serve as well as all VMA Google Workspace and VMA virtual forums.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, religion or political belief. Actions that may be construed as disrespectful towards other members may result in a Junior's loss of Google Workspace sharing privileges and/or dismissal from the Junior Program.
