Fishburn Follies - Participation/Audition Form
Please complete the information below in order to participate and/or audition for the November 16 & 17, 2019 musical production for grades 3 through 12. NOTE: All participating students need to fill out the form except for choir students who are ONLY doing the choir pieces. If you are a choir student and want to be involved in additional songs of the revue, you must fill out a form. However, choir students do not have to audition. Please complete one form per student.

Auditions:
Auditions will be held in the Choral Classroom (New Slack Hall) on Thursday and Friday, September 12 & 13 from 3:00 to 4:15. The order of auditions will be based on a first-come, first-served sign up form. Students should be prepared to sing a song of choice (a cappella). Choir students: choose the third options. PLEASE INDICATE  WHICH DAY YOU PLAN TO AUDITION:
