Hello 2021 Auction Attendees!
We are so excited to share with you all that we have partnered with the amazing BHCC Kids Club to offer childcare the evening of our Auction, Saturday October 16, 2021!
Please read carefully and fill out the form if you are interested in childcare:
1) Filling out this form does not guarantee a spot, you will receive an email confirmation and necessary forms once confirmed.
2) BHCC Members get first priority for reservations, but it is open to non-members as well so please submit your request and we will get back to you ASAP. (non members will need to sign a waiver when they drop off their kids at kids club)
3) Hours for the kids club: 5:30pm-11:00pm.
4) Dinner will be provided (optional) for an additional cost (separate email to follow).
5) Children must be 6 months or older.
6) Non-BHCC members please bring a check/cash to Kids Clubs on October 16th when you drop off your kid(s), - we will also have a credit card authorization form available to fill out, if needed.
7) MAX number of kids we can take is between 20-24 depending on the ages of the kids. We will close the reservations once all spaces have been reserved.
8) Please sign up NO LATER than September 15th.
9) If you need to cancel for any reasons, we ask that you let us know 2 weeks prior so we can give the spot to someone else.
The cost will be $35/member and $45/non member (plus the cost of dinner if selected)
(Please bring a snack/water bottle/diapers/change of clothes etc, as needed)
