The IRON 44 Combine features a unique format with players getting quality practice time with college coaches to start the day, followed by Combine testing (40 yard dash, Bench Press, shot speed, cone agilities, vertical jump, and positional drills). The day concludes with the IRON Cup game consisting of teams drafted by our college coaching staff. Players will be coached by top college coaches and our elite coaching staff at Q4 Lacrosse. Film of this event will be provided to all attendees and will be distributed to all college coaches!

Applications will be open November 1st and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The first round of invitations will be sent in early January.
