Upon receipt of this form, a follow up email will be sent including our Bar Catering Menu with the product we offer for events. Items not on that menu can be special ordered with a case-buy commitment. However, since we do not have an off sale liquor license, we are unable to leave any unused, pre-purchased product.

I understand the bar catering deposit terms and conditions:

*$65 deposit to cover cost of permit and secure the date.  Deposit is non-refundable.  We will invoice you directly from quickbooks for the deposit. Cash bars will have an additional $50/bartender required fee.

We do require a minimum spend for off-site bar catering services.  

You can calculate your minimum spend requirement as follows:
# of guests x hours of service x $2.50 = minimum spend requirement

Any difference between actual spend and spend requirement will be billed to you at the conclusion of the event.
