Join us for a Quarterly Adventure Meet-up For Moms as we experience paddle board yoga and a beautiful sunset paddle on the Tennessee River.

This guided tour will have designated leader at the front and a member (members) ensuring safety from behind. Expect to paddle against a mild current for a portion of this trip.

Please remember to bring water, (snacks if desired), sunscreen, bug spray, and a wet bag or ziplock bag to keep your belongings dry. Additionally, it's advisable to pack a change of clothes in case you get wet during the yoga or paddling activities

We are renting our watercraft through Forrest Paddle Boarding. All guests are required to complete a waiver for Forrest Paddle Boarding and Black Kids Adventures, Inc. Additionally, all guests must wear a personal flotation device (PFD) throughout the trip. Do you agree to comply with these safety regulations? *
