Please state your general availability for the week of November 18-25. We understand that things change but this way you can be paired with a choreographer with a similar schedule! *

If you'd like to add anything specific schedule wise, please note it below (I can't do this specific date, etc.) Keep in mind that you will be performing after only having one week to rehearse! If this is a busy week for you, maybe apply for NACHMOx next time around- no hard feelings :) *
It is totally free to participate in NACHMOx! But since we're all in this creation process together, we do have to ask a $25 fee if you drop out any time after the start date. *
I have read through the FAQ's and understand that by submitting this form I am signing up to do the following: Be in clear, direct and fast as possible communication with your assigned choreographer, attend rehearsals determined by the choreographer, attend tech on Nov. 25th before the performance, and perform at The Tank on Nov. 25th (6pm call time 7pm show). *
