In response to COVID-19 and the impact that it has had on small businesses and hunger, 412 Food Rescue launched Community Takeout – a program to provide healthy single-serve meals to those in need throughout our community while simultaneously supporting local restaurants.

How it Works:
- Restaurants will prepare an agreed upon number of meals and a specific date & time, on a recurring basis
- 412 Food Rescue will identify placement for the meals being produced
- 412 Food Rescue will provide transportation of meals in accordance with agreed upon date & time

All restaurants must be independently-owned and located within Allegheny County, but not in the City of Pittsburgh, Penn Hills or McKeesport due to our funding requirements.

We will do our best to accommodate as many restaurants as funding allows for. Thank you!
