Colorado Dolphins - Coaching Interest
The Colorado Dolphins are the newest and fastest growing youth swim team in Southern Colorado.   Our focus is developing competitive swimmers ages 5 to 18 in the Fountain, Secruity/Widefield, Southern Colorado Springs, and Pueblo communities.

The Dolphins are expected to grow significantly this year and we need more coaches.  We are looking for fun people, who love to teach and coach kids, preferably with a competitive swimming background as a coach or as an athlete.   We need people who can commit 2 to 3 nights/afternoons per week (or more); with opportunities for more as we grow and expand to take care of demand.  This is not yet a job application, just an interest survey to gauge the amount of potential coaching interest there is to support the community's demand for a fun, high-quality youth competitive swim program.

There is additional interest in developing other aquatics programs like club youth diving, water polo, and artistic (synchronized) swimming, etc; so please include any experience you have in these areas, too.  Please, feel free to email any resume with related experience to ddillon@coloradodolphins.org.    Thank you for your time.

WE ARE ALSO IN NEED OF 1-2 HIGH SCHOOL DIVING COACH(ES) FOR 2 HIGH SCHOOL DIVING TEAMS.  Girls season is Nov 18 thru Feb 15.  Boys season is March 2 thru May 23!
