Assalamu'alaikum Dear Parents,

This form is to assess the need for a bus service from MCC to BHA and back. It is for students at both campuses. The bus will run from MCC to Clairemont campus, to AG campus in the morning, and from AG campus to Clairemont campus to MCC in the afternoon. Please fill in the form if you would like to use this service.

Submission of this form is not a guarantee of reservation. We will send an email confirmation if enough families are interested, insha'Allah.

Fee: $150 per student, or $250 for 2 or more students, per month.
